Aeshna Sarkar is a Research Analyst at OnPoint. Originally from Philadelphia, Aeshna earned her Bachelor’s degree in both Economics and Political Science at Tulane University in New Orleans and studied at the London School of Economics. As an undergrad, she was a teaching assistant for Economics, handling the challenge of keeping 40 college freshmen interested at 8 in the morning, and she volunteered as a trainer for service dogs. Before joining OnPoint, Aeshna was a Research Assistant and Project Manager at the Penn Medicine Center for Healthcare Innovation, using field work, data collection, and economic analysis to work toward lower readmission rates for vulnerable patient populations. When she’s not working, Aeshna loves adventure. She enjoys shark-diving, bungee-jumping, skydiving, and the riskiest activity of all: telling anyone in the Bay Area that the Philadelphia 76ers will definitely beat the Golden State Warriors this year.
Favorite Thing About OnPoint: Incredible variety of problems solved.
