Chandra Wallace is an Associate at OnPoint, where she has been an important team member for more than twelve years. Chandra brings more than 20 years of prior legal experience to her work. She specializes in managing, marshalling and evaluating the voluminous record of documents, testimony and research that form the basis for our economists’ analysis. Chandra’s work has been instrumental in the evaluation of tax advantaged investment structures. Her research and analysis have covered a diverse array of issues and industries, including offshore investments, government loan programs, pharmaceuticals, wage- and price-fixing, land use, hazardous materials, water rights, banking, finance, and the credit card industry. She is a co-author of the book Empirical Challenges in Pharmaceutical Litigation. Chandra has helped to build antitrust and environmental cases that made headlines; two of these were eventually decided in the U.S. Supreme Court. Chandra reads voraciously, obsesses about college and professional sports, knits the most complex designs she can find, and –most of all– enjoys spending time with her teenaged daughter.
