Joseph Milbury is an Associate at OnPoint where he brings together his skills in statistical analysis, data interpretation and industry research. He specializes in food production, environmental issues, infrastructure, competition injury and class certification. Before coming to OnPoint, Joe supported the EPA’s Safe Drinking Water program through implementation of statistical and economic analysis. He performed survey research and conducted affordability analysis of the nation’s water infrastructure and its replacement of drinking water systems in the U.S. While in graduate school at UC Berkeley, Joe studied public policy, regulatory analysis, and market solutions to environmental and social issues. He was the instructor of Economics for the Public Policy and International Affairs Junior Summer Institute in 2012 and taught intermediate microeconomics and macroeconomics as a graduate student instructor. A glutton for punishment, Joe insists on making his long distance bike rides on a one speed bike. We remain optimistic that he will survive his next swim from Alcatraz.
Favorite thing about OnPoint: Commitment to excellence.
