Laura Craft is the President, Director of Healthcare Analytics, and a co-founder of OnPoint. She has been responsible for coordinating nationwide class action litigation, supporting billions of dollars of troubled debt portfolio run off, implementing strategies to assure recovery from failing financial institutions, designing products to facilitate safe and more efficient over-the-counter trading, and lobbying or providing comment to Congress on many important questions of reform. Her experience provides her with a comprehensive perspective on the legal process and the unique role filled by the testifying expert.
Laura has been responsible for overseeing all of the firm’s work involving pharmaceutical products and has worked on approximately 60 pharmaceutical cases involving antitrust allegations, unfair competition, fraud on the market, patent infringement, patent damages, breach of contract, and requests for injunctive relief. She has specialized knowledge about the sources and uses of pharmaceutical data as well as industry practices related to drug development, approval, marketing, sales, pricing, and reimbursement. In 2017, Laura co-authored the book Empirical Challenges in Pharma Litigation. She has also co-developed and taught courses on pharmaceuticals issues.
